Images of the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini, a phone rumored to be a 4.3-inch smaller sibling to the Galaxy S4, leaked out earlier, and now with all that information out Samsung has decided to official announce the device earlier and the unveiling should happen this week, according to SamMobile.
