During the Chinese New Year holiday, most mobilephone manufacturers didn’t arrange new product launch events, and are gearing upfor releasing new products in Spring. In January, iPhone 7 Plus continue to topthe list with an average Antutu score of 185,494, followed by iPhone 7 with anaverage Antutu score of 175,455. The iPhone 7 series of products have beenclaiming the top two positions of the list with absolute advantages ever sincetheir releases, and are not likely to be surpassed in a short time.
The abovechart is the overall performance ranking list of January as measuredby the average Antutu score, and includes both Androidsmartphones and iOS smartphones. We also included separate lists based ondifferent operating systems to help you better understand the list. First let’shave a look at the iOS list.
Since the updating frequency of iOS devicesand Apple processors is slow, the overall ranking of the iOS list showed littlefluctuations, and therefore we won't go intotoo much detail about it. Next, let’shave a look at the Android list.
OnePlus 3T was the best performance Androidsmartphone of 2016 and it successfully kept the record in the first month of2017 with an average Antutu score of 163,352. This model is powered by thepowerful Snapdragon 821 processor with CPU clock speed of up to 2.35 GHz, pairedwith Adreno 530 GPU, andoffers two alternative memory combination of 6GB RAM/64GB internal storage and6 GB RAM/128 GB internal storage.
The Android list showed littlechange compared with the list of the Top 10 Performance Android smartphones of2016. There were only minor changes of the rankings of some models due to thefluctuations of their average Antutu scores, such as LeEco pro 3, Smartisan M1series, OnePlus 3, Xiaomi 5s series and vivo Xplay6, which still stand on thetop positions of the Android list due to theirstrong performance.
As anewcomer to the Android list, ZUK Edge ranked thirdwith an average Antutu score of 156,202. This model was released in December,but because the numberof ZUK Edge scores reported to the Antutu server didn’t reachthe statistical requirement at that time, it was included in the list ofJanuary. ZUK Edge is powered by Snapdragon 821processor with CPU clock speed of up to 2.35 GHz, paired with Adreno 530 GPU,and offers two alternativememory combination of 4 GB RAM/64 GB internal storage and 6 GB RAM/64 GB internalstorage.
