During the first half of 2017, many new flagshipmodels have emerged in the mobile market, such as Samsung Galaxy S8, Xiaomi Mi6 and Sony Xperia XZ Premium etc. Although iPhone 8 has not been released yet,Apple has already surprised us with its new iPad Pro which is powered by the powerful A10X Fusion SoC.
Today Antutu reveals our benchmark results for the bestperformance smartphones of June. Whichsmartphones will break into the top 10?Come and check with us.
Statistical rules:
1.Score: average scores, not thehighest scores (the actual running results may fluctuate, which is a normalphenomenon).
2.Period of data statistics: June1, 2017 to June 30, 2017.
3.Data amount: at least 1000 datasamples for a single model.
According to our most updated ranking list in June,OnePlus 5 won the first place with an average Antutu score of 181,194, followedclosely by HTCU11 with an average Antutu score of 180,100. As the annualflagship model of OnePlus, OnePlus 5 is powered by Snapdragon 835 mobileplatform, paired with Adreno 540 GPU, and offers two alternative memory combinationsof 6GB RAM/64GB internal storage and 8 GB RAM/128 GB internal storage. Thehardware configuration of this model has reached high-end level of the moment,which laid solid hardware foundation for its strong performance.
Samsung Galaxy S8+(G955F) and Samsung GalaxyS8 (G950F), which are both powered by Exynos 8895 processor ranked third andfourth respectively with narrow gap. Surprisingly, iPhone 7 Plus and iPhone 7 wereboth squeezed out of the top 5 positions.
As usual, apart from the overall performance ranking list as measured by theaverage Antutu score, which included both Android smartphonesand iOS smartphones, we also included separate lists based on differentoperating systems to help you better understand the list. First let’s have alook at the iOS list.
From the iOS list, we can see that the 10.5-inch iPadPro overtook iPhone 7 Plus with absolute advantage to become the bestperformance iOS device of June.
Same with the 12.9-inch iPad Pro,the 10.5-inch iPad Pro is powered by the brand-new powerful Apple A10X Fusion SoC, which brings excellentperformance for the new iPad Pro with an average Antutu score of over 220,000, thehighest average Antutu score ever for iOS devices. (note: because the numberof 12.9-inch iPad Pro scores reported to the Antutu server didn’treach the statistical requirement of 1000, the 12.9-inch iPad Pro didn’t appearon the list).
With regard to the Android list, OnePlus 5 surpassedHTC U11 to become the best performance Android phone of June.
Meanwhile, the Exynos 8895-powered GalaxyS8|S8+ (note:G950FandG955F)andSnapdragon 835-powered Galaxy S8|S8+ (note: G9550 and G950U) also appeared onthe list. In particular, the rankings of the Exynos 8895-powered Galaxy S8|S8+are higher than those of the Snapdragon 835-powered Galaxy S8|S8+.
Other high-performance smartphonesin June also include Mi 6, Sony Xperia XZ Premium, OnePlus 3T and LeEco Le Pro3.
Generally speaking, with more andmore Snapdragon 835-powered smartphones hitting the market, Antutu performanceranking list has had the earth-shaking change. Just as we speculated earlier, Snapdragon835-powered smartphones are gradually replacing the top positions of Snapdragon821/820-powered smartphones on the top10 ranking list.
