Global Top 10 Best Performing iOS Devices in November 2025

Compared to the October rankings, the November rankings lacked some highlights. The iPad Pro with M5 remained firmly in the top two positions, while the iPad Pro with M4 took third place. Unsurprisingly, the M5 and M4 iPad Pros will likely continue to dominate the top three spots in the iOS device performance rankings, given that Apple only releases a product iteration once a year.

Last month, the iPad Pro 6 with M2 narrowly defeated the iPad Air 2025 with M3. This time, their rankings have swapped, with the rest remaining unchanged.

It’s important to note that the current average benchmark scores for iOS devices are based on AnTuTu V10, not the latest AnTuTu V11.

To ensure the reasonableness and fairness of the benchmark rankings:

  1. The AnTuTu ranking score is the average of all benchmark scores for that model in the current month, not the highest score. A fluctuation of around 100,000 points is normal when comparing it to your own phone of the same model.

  2. Models with fewer than 1000 valid benchmark tests in a month are not included in the monthly rankings. Devices not appearing on the list are likely due to insufficient valid benchmark scores. You can search for the phone model you want to know about in the AnTuTu app to obtain relevant benchmark information.

  3. The configurations appearing on the list represent the highest valid benchmark scores for that model. Therefore, the absence of some models’ highest configurations is likely due to insufficient valid benchmark scores.

  4. Many factors, such as phone temperature, usage patterns, and system version, can affect benchmark results.

  5. The data in this ranking comes only from China, and the collection period is from November 1, 2025 to November 30, 2025.

TOP 1: iPad Pro 2025 (13-inch) | 3,172,155

While the iPad Pro 2025 (13-inch) with the M5 chip remains in first place, its average score is 11,150 points lower than last month. Maintaining first place for two consecutive months indicates that the iPad Pro 2025 (13-inch) delivers more consistent performance than the iPad Pro 2025 (11-inch). However, this conclusion isn’t absolute. Before the release of the M5-powered iPad Pro, the rankings of the two M4-powered iPad Pro models changed once: in November of last year, the iPad Pro 2024 (13-inch) took first place, and in all other months (September, October, December of last year to August of this year), the iPad Pro 2024 (11-inch) consistently held first place.

TOP 2: iPad Pro 2025 (11-inch) | 3,106,573

It seems quite difficult for the iPad Pro 2025 (11-inch) to take first place, given the 65,582-point difference in average score compared to the iPad Pro 2025 (13-inch), and the latter having held the top spot for two consecutive months. If the iPad Pro 2025 (13-inch) maintains its number one position in the coming months, it can be basically confirmed that, despite both using the M5 chip, the iPad Pro 2025 (13-inch) will offer more stable and consistent performance.

TOP 3: iPad Pro 2024 (13-inch) | 2,974,196

It was initially thought that the iPad Pro 2024 (13-inch) would struggle to surpass the iPad Pro 2024 (11-inch), but this month’s rankings have seen a surprising turn of events. The iPad Pro 2024 (13-inch) has taken third place, while the iPad Pro 2024 (11-inch) has fallen to fourth. This is the second time since last September that the iPad Pro 2024 (13-inch) has outperformed the iPad Pro 2024 (11-inch). However, looking at the average scores over the past year and two months, the iPad Pro 2024 (11-inch) does indeed exhibit more stable and consistent performance.
