Today, the vice-president of Huawei Yu ChangDong posted a message on Weibo:" Recently, I have seen our new high-end quad-core devices with our  new Hisilicon technique named 28 nano HPM. The performance has improved 50% to 80%,but the overall consuoution fall 50%. The octa-core high-end Pro has increased incredibly and is processing very well. We do our best to bring a all-new users experience to our  users."
