The data are all calculated based on theiOS version of Antutu Benchmark V8. The data collection period is from May 1 toMay 31. The scores shown are all average benchmark scores, not the highest ones, which are more representative. From the overall rankings, we can see thatthe top three remains the same as that in March. iPad Pro 4 (12.9-inch), withthe overall benchmark score of 720440, ranks the first; while the second andthe third switched places. When it comes to the fourthplace, iPad Pro 3 (11-inch), the average benchmark score has dropped to 66784.From this perspective, for iOS devices, the advantages of iPad series productsare distinct compared with iPhones. The next three iOS products following iPadseries are the three models of iPhone 11. The new iPhone SE hasthe same ranking as last time, ranking the ninth. This time, it has the averagebenchmark score of 462532, which is also lower than that of iPad Air 3, 478095. The main difference of the two productslies in 3d and ux performance. As for CPU, the performance is almost the same. And the MEM score of the latest iPhone SE even surpasses that of iPad Air 3.Therefore, the overall scores of the two are almost the same. We don’t have tocare too much about such small difference in the scores. The last product in the iOS Top 10 in Mayis still iPad mini 5, with the average benchmark score of 456179. It has beenhere for a very long time. Before Apple launches any new product, it is mostlikely that it will stay at this place. That’s all for the iOS devices performancerankings in May. Since the new iPhone SE became a part of the ranking list inApril, now we finally see some new things in it. But afterwards, it may remainalmost the same in the next several months. Anyway, let’s look forward to thenew iPhone launch in September, which will be the final version of iOS productsthis year.
