The performance score of MediaTek Dimensity 9000 coming out.

Recently, the performance score of MediaTek’s Dimensity 9000 (MT6983) was noticed from the backstage data of Antutu, it is a new flagship SoC from MediaTek, based on TSMC’s 4nm process.

The test device that has this achievement runs Android 12, with built-in 12GB RAM + 256GB ROM. The configuration is the standard of a flagship product.

The total performance score calculated by Antutu is 1,007,396, which is the first SoC to break the 1,000,000 mark in the field of Android mobile phones.

This performance score is significantly ahead of the best performing Snapdragon 888 Plus on the Android platform, which currently has an average performance score of 850,000. In comparison, the score of Dimensity 9000 can be 17.6% higher than the best, which can be said to be the most impressive flagship SoC of MediaTek in history.
